This is a simple iPhone 4/4s handlebar holder for your bike.
It's quite tight, but on the other hand, it doesn't fall off while you're driving.
You still have the option to connect the dock connector, audio jack and use the speakers and side buttons.
There is a version for 25.4mm and 31.8mm handlebars, make sure you get the right one.
