This is a Garmin GPS holder for the later mounting types found in the 2017 Citigo, Up and Mi models that have a USB connector under the base. The mounting neck has a 17.4 mm radius ball that fits the standard socket found on Garmin GPS brackets. It should be high enough to take up to 6" GPS units.
