BeagleBone Black microcontroller mounting base for ClamShelf
Highlights
This is a holder for a BeagleBone Black microcontroller that reduces the risk of the microcontroller coming into contact with water, dust, or metal. It also makes handling the microcontroller easier.
The holder can be mounted on a ClamShelf laptop. It has slanted edges that slide into the ClamShelf. The ventilation openings on the slanted edges allow air circulation under the circuit board both horizontally and vertically through the open top and bottom. Positioning guides help to place the circuit board, and the screw holes in the corners allow for stacking multiple holders using #4-40 screws, standoffs, and nuts.
