This smart cover transforms your regular UK light switch into a practical holder for your Philips Hue dimmer switch. It allows you to integrate your smart lighting solution with the Philips Hue system by reusing your existing switch locations. This creates a more intuitive setup for both you and your guests, as the traditional switches remain accessible in case of need.
The design includes two body types to fit both shallow and deep light switches, as well as a versatile cap. The cap fits snugly around your Philips Hue remote and is held in place magnetically. The built-in ferrite magnets in the cover ensure that you can easily remove the remote without unintentionally detaching the entire cover from the wall.
To assemble this Philips accessory, you will need eight 10x3 mm ferrite magnets and one 32x2 mm ferromagnetic steel washer. You may also need to use longer electrical screws than those supplied with your existing switches.
