This mounting bracket is specifically designed to provide a secure and stable attachment for the Dacreates cable chain to your K40 laser. With a focus on functionality, this bracket eliminates issues that can arise with standard mounts, such as twisting caused by the cable chain's resistance to movement. By using two front mounting screws, a robust installation is ensured, effectively preventing the bracket from loosening over time.
The improved version (Version 2) includes an adjustment where the horizontal surface is shortened by 6 mm. This change pulls the cable chain slightly further forward, preventing it from hitting the rear wall of the machine before reaching its home position. This optimisation contributes to effortless operation while simultaneously protecting the cable chain from moving into the laser's path, which could cause damage. The installation of this bracket contributes to a more reliable and long-lasting solution for your laser system's cable management.
