The Pyrodrone UL3 Caddx Vista canopy is designed to fit perfectly on the Caddx Vista and standard cameras and can be easily mounted on Pyrodrone UL3 (and possibly UL5) frames using standoffs. The canopy provides solid protection for the lens and the cables, ensuring that your equipment remains secure during filming.
Weighing only around 9g, this canopy is lightweight and ideal for keeping the overall weight of your drone down. It is recommended to use M2 25mm standoffs, but M2 20mm can also work well if you are not installing a receiver in between. It also allows for keeping the ESC close to the carbon/strap, which helps optimise space in your drone.
This canopy is made with a dry weight of about 110g in this configuration. Future versions are being considered to include an Xfire nano receiver and mini-mortal holder, allowing for the use of shorter standoffs.
