Highlights
This is a dust collector and protection for saws manufactured before saws came with standard ripping knives. The ripping knife only works for square cuts as it is built into the insert plate. I have used an insert plate for many years and this is just an upgrade, primarily so I can collect dust on the back of the blade. Keep the plate material dust away from my lungs!
