A plastic wrench for use on a boat with winch handle type caps. Winch handles damage the soft aluminum and provide too much leverage, causing overtightening and jamming. This wrench is short as the caps are often located in awkward places, and to prevent overtightening. Furthermore, it is much cheaper than winch handles and stainless wrenches when they fall overboard.
