This webcam cover is designed to provide increased privacy and security for users of Logitech C505 and likely C270 webcams. The cover effectively covers both the camera lens and the microphone when not in use, preventing unauthorized access and eavesdropping.
The construction consists of three separate parts that are easy to assemble. Although glue is not necessary for assembly, it can be used for additional stability if desired. To mount the cover, the original front plate on your webcam must be removed.
