The Bashtech RC Jetboat is constructed with a focus on robustness and allows freedom to choose the internal components yourself to achieve the desired performance. It requires a 4mm shaft, two ball bearings, and a standard servo for optimal functionality. M4, M3, and M5 screws are used for mounting, where the holes are designed for self-tapping threads for a secure fit. The boat can be further customized with a new nozzle and propeller to optimize power consumption and overall speed. A recommended setup includes a 70 amp ESC, a 650KV brushless outrunner motor, and a 3000mAh 6S LiPo battery, which can deliver approximately 15 minutes of runtime at good speed, typically without the need for water cooling.
Assembling the boat is straightforward; the parts are glued together, and the joints are subsequently sealed to ensure a completely waterproof construction, ready for use. This makes the Bashtech RC Jetboat an ideal platform for those who want to build and customize their own high-speed vessel, where you can integrate various boat equipment to enhance its function and performance on the water.
