This mounting bracket has been specifically developed to integrate the Orbiter V2 extruder directly with your Voron Zero 3D printer. The solution simplifies installation by eliminating the need for additional adapters, creating a more robust and compact toolhead setup.
A central part of the design is the integrated cord mount for the Umbilical Cord Toolhead. This ensures an organized and stable cord holder function for the cables supplying the print head, minimizing the risk of cable clutter and potential obstructions during printing. This feature supports a more reliable and unimpeded operation of the printer.
The mounting bracket also includes cutouts for both the Klicky probe (V0) and ZeroClick. This allows for easy implementation of these popular probing solutions for precise leveling and calibration, supporting consistent print results.
