This custom-designed component allows you to upgrade your Jabra Evolve 75 headphones with over-ear pads, even if the original on-ear pads are not easily removable. The solution is developed to mount third-party over-ear pads directly on top of the existing on-ear pads to enhance comfort and sound experience.
The set consists of two main parts: a primary part with an integrated hinge that clamps around the existing on-ear pads, and a separate cover. The cover serves a dual function; it ensures the main part remains closed and simultaneously provides a practical attachment point for your new over-ear earcups, enabling 'plug and play' mounting and removal.
Once the over-ear pads are mounted, the headphones' ability to tilt will be slightly reduced, but most of the mobility is retained (approx. 4/5). The headset can still be easily stored and used as normal. Although the addition of the over-ear pads will stretch the headset slightly more, there is still ample adjustment space for most head sizes, ensuring a comfortable fit without issues.
