This wall adapter is designed to solve the problem of incompatible mounting holes when upgrading your Fritz!Box. If you have replaced an older Fritz!Box 7390 with a newer model like the 7530 or 7530 AX, and discovered that the existing drill holes do not fit, this adapter is a practical solution.
With this adapter, you can continue to use the existing wall mounting from your Fritz!Box 7390, which typically has a hole spacing of 178 mm. This eliminates the need to drill new holes or repair old ones, contributing to an easier and faster installation of your new router.
The adapter is also compatible with a range of other Fritz!Box models that share the same mounting distance, including 3370, 3390, 4040, 6340, 6430, 7330, 7330SL, 7360, 7360SL, 7362SL, and 7430. This ensures broad applicability for users with different Fritz!Box setups.
