This DIN rail mounting bracket is designed to provide a robust and secure mounting solution for a 200A automotive relay. It is an ideal component for those working on electrical installations, including solar power systems, where reliable fastening of DIN rail relays is crucial.
The bracket securely fastens the automotive relay to the DIN rail using two M4x12 screws and nuts for the clamp. The relay itself is further secured with an M6x10 screw and nut, preventing unwanted movement and ensuring long-term stability in the system.
To address the challenge where some circuit breakers do not sit tightly on DIN rails, the design includes a practical locking unit. This part, which occupies one unit of width, can be used to lock components firmly in place, thereby increasing the overall stability of your installation. A blank unit with two units of width (36mm) is also available for added flexibility, making this a versatile solution for your DIN rail mounting needs.
