This is a four-piece drum plug holder for straight cymbal stands, such as Pearl Drums. The upper bracket mounts to a 22mm bracket for the stand, while the lower bracket is a 25mm bracket.

The diameter of the top and bottom "hole" for drumsticks is 50mm, with room for 3 pairs.

It's perfect for keeping the drumsticks in one place, but when you use one pair, there's enough room for the other two pairs.
