This control lever is specifically designed for John Deere lawn tractors, including models such as 318, 322, 332, and 420, offering an optimized control experience for the electric ejector. With the integrated toggle switch, the user can easily adjust the ejector height. This design allows for both rotation of the grip and control of the ejector's elevation with a single, fluid motion, enhancing overall usability during work.
The built-in toggle switch is a 6-pin DPDT snap-in switch, known from applications in areas such as marine and automotive accessories, which attests to its robustness and functionality. The switch is secured with hot melt adhesive for a firm attachment. To ensure long-term operation and protect the toggle switch itself, it is recommended to connect it to two relays that drive the ejector actuator.
After installation, it is advisable to protect the grip from water and dust, for example, with a flexible cover, to maintain its performance under various weather conditions. This functional upgrade helps streamline work with your lawn tractor and provides more convenient operation.
