This mulch plug has been developed as a replacement for Cobalt's corded electric lawn mower, model KM 211-06 (13-amp, 21-inch). The purpose of the plug is to prevent grass clippings from flying out of the rear of the lawn mower, which contributes to a cleaner cut and more effective collection or distribution of the clippings.
The design is optimized to provide a tight fit. The latest version includes a slightly wider back to minimize any gaps that might occur during use. This ensures that almost all grass clippings remain under the shield, which is essential for effective mulching.
Installation is straightforward; the plug is inserted at a slight angle, with the right side going in first, and the triangular grip on the back pointing upwards.
