ANTHony is another non-touch hook that has some unique features not usually seen in the genre. The tip of the hook is serrated to a small wedge that you can use to catch the edge of doors. That, combined with the bevelled surface opposite it, allows you to catch doors that are wider than the opening of the hook and pull them open.
Speaking of the hook, you'll see that it's an oval, which conveys many benefits, including that, combined with the bevelled surface allowing the hook to be forced open wider than normal. On level handles, you can place the oval with it's long axis along the handle and open it like a bottle opener. In addition, you can use it as a bag hook and the handles will not slip out.
The hook also has the standard presser tip. Maybe I'll figure out how to open bottles too.
The IKEA part I ordered was a perfect fit. the price per piece is a bit high but much cheaper than a whole new IKEA lamp. The plastic used by weshape looks less fragile so I expect it to be long lasting.
