The Centripetal Force Demonstrator is a great way to illustrate the principles of physics and engineering. It's designed to fit a standard coffee cup (83 mm diameter, 110 mm high) and is used by swinging it around with a full cup of water or coffee without the risk of spillage. With a little practice, you can swing it in large vertical circles or even horizontal circles above your head. It should be noted that you will need to tie a string or strap to the ring.
