The DJI Phantom 135mm leg extension has been developed for the Phantom 3 to assist with a drop mechanism (coming soon). They give approx. 135mm lift (depending on leg positioning) and can be used to provide extra ground clearance for take off/landing with loads or when landing in high, grassy areas without affecting the gimbals.
Print two of these extensions and attach using one or more cable ties (there are three positions for cable ties for each extension). Then positions/shapes each leg using hot air from a heat gun or hot air reconstruction station.
This medium leg extension is designed for a Phantom 3, but it can also fit a Phantom 1, 2 or 4. The maximum load capacity for a Phantom 3 is just over 2 pounds (907 grams).
