The DJI Phantom 135mm leg extensions are designed for the Phantom 3 for a payload drop mechanism (coming soon). They can raise the drone up to approx. 135mm (depending on the positioning of the legs), which helps to provide extra ground clearance for ascent and descent with loads or when landing in tall, grassy areas, without affecting the gimbal.
The leg extensions are easily attached using one or more cable ties (there are three positions for cable ties on each leg extension). You can then adjust and shape each leg using hot air from either a heat gun or hot air rework station.
These medium leg extensions are designed for a Phantom 3, but they also fit a Phantom 1, 2 or 4. The maximum load capacity for a Phantom 3 is just over 2 pounds (907 grams).
Note: The leg extensions are sold as a set and the DJI Phantom drone is not included.
