This is a modified version of Patrick Lammer's case for the Raspberry Pi 4, customised to accommodate an Ice Tower cooler. The cooler spacers are reversed and screwed to the case, the nuts are no longer used. Created by modifying the top part of the case, while the bottom is the original design of Patrick.
