The stand for the Lenovo Thinkpad E495 (E490) is designed with three important purposes in mind:
- It gives your laptop an angle for a more comfortable typing experience.
- It improves convection cooling when the fan is off, as it raises the laptop and does not block any vents.
- If you use the DELL WD15 dock, it protects the USB-C port, which is very long and applies a lot of force to the connector.
The stand may also work for models other than the E495 and E490. Let me know if this is the case so I can add it to the title.
