Raspberry Pi 2 B+ mounting cage for Top Hat DIN Rail / Cap Rail / Hutschiene 35mm

This Raspberry Pi 2 B+ mounting cage allows you to mount your Raspberry Pi B+/2 so that it stands level on the table even with the heatsink mounted on the bottom.

There are two versions of the holder:

• One with a flat base for simple table stand or to glue to the flat Cap Rail mounting base plate

• One with clips to snap onto the version of my Cap Rail mount that has serrations
.

Geving the holes with M2.6 geving cutters before mounting the Pi on it.

Tip: The clips snap really tight on the notches of the Cap Rail mounting plate. I bent the clips a bit carefully before putting these two together. You have to use quite a bit of force to snap them together. But the PLA I used for printing was flexible enough. Once it's snapped together, it's not designed to be taken apart again.
