This ROV bilge pump thruster propeller with three blades is designed to optimise underwater manoeuvring for remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROVs). It is specifically designed to work seamlessly with the SOAR bilge pump thruster mounting system, ensuring reliable and efficient underwater propulsion.
The propeller's symmetrical blade design delivers consistent propulsion both forwards and backwards, which is essential for precise steering and turning in complex underwater environments. This design philosophy prioritises manoeuvrability by optimising reverse thrust, providing increased control in tight or demanding situations.
The propeller is easy to mount using a Master Air Screw MA3200 and a standard 10-24 x 1" bolt for connecting to the bilge pump shaft. A two-bladed version is also available if a different propulsion characteristic is preferred.
