Vertical Enclosure Dual Fan Mod for Raspberry Pi 4

These are upgrade parts to update the Raspberry Pi 4+ Ice Tower Cooler Vertical Case to utilise the new dual fan configuration. This mod gives the vertical case all the cooling power of the Mini Desktop case. The mod requires reprinting most of the case. The SD side gets an exhaust port and the USB side gets an intake funnel. There is an optional alternative bottom that can accommodate a 40x20mm fan on the heatsink and an alternative top that deletes the duct from the original version and replaces the exhaust port with a grill. This frees up space around the GPIO pins and makes it easier to connect multiple fans.
